add function getFormFieldDataText()
Previously webserver configs would contain CRLFs from
system.default_vhostconf on admin_settings.php.
This patch adds a new function which automatically gets recognized by
getFormFieldData() and mangles textarea form elements through
str_replace("\r\n", "\n", ...).
